Alyxz holds the right to decline any commission.

PayPal/USD only.

Payment for commissions is required upfront unless arranged otherwise during commission set up.

You understand and acknowledge that unless stated by either Alyxz, or arranged during commission set up, that Alyxz is a slow working artist and completion times will vary. Communication between waiting times is encouraged and will always be presented!

Commissions will not always be completed in the order they are taken. Larger, or more complex commissions may take longer than smaller ones.

Alyxz will generally not allow refunds after a commission has been started and a WIP has been posted.

Personal art only. Commercial-use art at this time is on a case by case basis. Please contact Alyxz for more details

Nothing made by Alyxz may be used in any Blockchain-related technology, to include NFTS, Cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

NSFW art is allowed case by case. Alyxz will never depict minors within this category.

All art/creations must be properly credited back to Alyxz.

You may not use, or claim, any art/creations by Alyxz without permission. If the art/creation was purchased/commissioned/gifted/transferred by original purchaser, you have automatic personal-use permission.

You may not resell any of Alyxz's art or designs for more than you originally paid for them.
